Our best filter, with the best materials
Bulletproof! (we can't confirm this) Our signature system but, instead of food grade plastic we use stainless steel housings and copper tubing to ensure minimal plastic contact. This system will never be discontinued so you can use it for life!
The reason this is our signature system is because our goal is to give you the best type of water we can; this, to us is spring water, with naturally added minerals. Although Reverse Osmosis provides laboratory grade purity, it also strips natural minerals from the Croton and Catskill Watersheds. This system is a combination of 4 filters designed to remove most common contaminants of NYC water. Sediment, Fluoride, Lead, Chlorine and Chlorine byproducts, as well as many other chemicals, contaminants, and cysts. With regular maintenance, you'll have pristine spring water straight from your tap.
Stage 1: Sediment
Stages 2 & 3: Fluoride Reduction
Stg 4: Coconut Shell Carbon Block
First, tap water will enter a polymer sediment filter that removes sediment down to 1 micron in diameter!
The Second and third filters are placed to remove fluoride and maintain it at a low level throughout its entire filter life. These filters can also reduce Arsenic.
The final stage is a Coconut Shell activated carbon block witha pore size as small as .5 microns in diameter. This is where chlorine and their byproducts are removed as well as lead cysts, and a myriad of many other contaminants.
Maintenance
Maintaining your system is just as important as the initial purchase. It's very important to know that ALL water filters need consistent maintenance, in fact, having a dirty water filter is worse than having no water filter at all!
Filter replacement:
All filters should be replaced every 6-8 Months, depending on the amount of people using it and the amount of water used. Once installed, we contact you every cycle and change your filters.

Complete Sanitation:
After about 6 cycles, or every 3-4 years, the entire system should be sanitized to ensure the system stays free of bacteria. We keep track of your service cycles, and let you know when it's time.
